These terms apply to omair.org and the personal apps and tools that Omair Ahmed (“I”, “me”) builds and runs (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.
Personal projects
The Services are personal and experimental. They may change, break, or be shut down at any time without notice.
Your account and data
If you sign in with Google, you authorize the Services to access the data you approve on Google’s consent screen, and only to provide the features you use. How that data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Services. That includes:
- trying to break, overload, or get unauthorized access to them,
- using them for anything illegal, or
- using them to harm other people.
I may suspend access for anyone who does.
No warranty
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
If these terms change, I’ll update them here and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the updated terms.
